Serah’s Vision Foundation is a non-profitable charitable institution and organization registered under the Non-Governmental organization Board  offering rescue, care, protection and re-integration to the orphans, street children and vulnerable Children in the community. Serah’s Vision Foundation operates on lease land facility whereby it serves as residential facility for the children and also as the office and a church for the children’s spiritual centre.

 

The organization through its children community institution serves the orphans and vulnerable children with provision of shelter, food and clothing, Guidance and counseling, Empowerment and capacity building to the street boys and girls, Provision of health care and parental care, Provision of spiritual nourishment, Integration and re-integration. Orphans and vulnerable children confront stigma, isolation, economic hardship, malmutrition and increased risk of their health the reason the children home is in existance to bring hope and future to them.

 

Serah's Vision Foundation support the education of orphans and vulnerable children under its institutional care. The organization identifys and addresses the barrier that hinder children from accessing and completing their education by partinering to provide uniforms, shoes, school bags, food, books, school feeding programme, initiate and expand peer to peer interventions to encourage out of school OVC to re-enrol, and attend school and collages, pay for children school fees and health care for those who become sick.

The Organization Objective

To alleviate poverty, promote access to education, improve welfare of the vulnerable and contribute to environmental conservation

The organization works to increase access to education for children from poor and vulnerable families, provide food for children from vulnerable families, increase access to primary health care services to vulnerable groups, increase public environmental awareness and advocacy through trainings, meetings and media, to enhance peace building, human rights and democracy

The organization as an NGO works with local communities and encourages management practices that conserves local natural resources, we take such steps by personal or written appeals, private meetings, public meetings or representation to parliament, government entities and other bodies as may be deemed expedient to carry out the objects of the organization and raise, secure and utilize fund for purpose intended
